Walbridge served as construction manager of build-out projects at University of South Florida’s centers for Aging, Infant and Child Development, and Brain Repair.
The work was completed in two phases; the first of which involved heavy demolition and removal of all interior finishes including flooring, ceiling and fixtures, partitions, doors and frames, air conditioning ducts, electrical devices, toilets and plumbing. Walbridge built administrative areas, special function laboratories, mechanical rooms, bathrooms and support spaces.
